Every effort is made to ensure all products shown in the catalog are in stock and ship same or next day after receiving payment. Out of stock products are automatically removed from the catalog
and search pages. In the event a product is found to be out of stock and cannot be shipped within three days you’ll be notified and given the option of waiting or receiving a full refund with our
apologies. If for some reason an out of stock item cannot be reordered we will issue a full refund.
We offer UPS and USPS as shipping options during the checkout. Please note however some items are listed in the catalog as UPS only and we reserve the right to ship those specific items
UPS regardless of the shipping preference selected.
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. If there is a issue with your product please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Every effort is made to accurately describe our products and when possible multiple photos are provided to assist you in making a informed decision on your purchase. If any parts are missing or appear defective please let us know immediately so we can identify the issue and make it right or arrange for replacement parts.
All returned products must be in the original shipping containers with all packaging materials and all items included with the product. Reimbursement will be a full refund of the products purchase price. There are no restocking fees but please note that shipping is non refundable.

Stitch-R-Stuff and more is the sole owner of the information collected. We collect information from our users at different points on our Web site during the checkout process.

expiration date. This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information is used to contact the user. Credit card information
is not stored after completion of the order.
As a customer convenience we provide the option to register and create a unique password. This provides the user the ability to enjoy a rapid checkout without reentering billing information (other
than credit card number if applicable) in future visits to Stitch-R-Stuff and more. Once again we do not store credit card information after the order.

For customers that create a account we send out a welcoming email and a monthly newsletter of which you can opt out at any time. On rare occasions it may necessary
to send out a strictly service related announcement. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for maintenance we might send users an email. Generally, users may not opt-out of
these communications, though they can deactivate their account. These communications are not promotional in nature.

In the event of a change in policy registered users will be notified by e-mail. If requested to do so your user information will be removed from the database. It is up to the user to ensure the email
